It was a very friendly and frank process. It was efficiently carried out in a single day. Group discussion followed by technical and hr pretty basic really. Offer letters were given at the end of the day.

Initial interview was automated. Applying without background knowledge to the job is a big no no meaning you wouldn't be able to lie your way through it or at least from my experience.
It was very good with some good information regarding the environment and it was more informative. Needed to be more candidate friendly.Need some more improvement in the interview process and Communication is delayed
