Overall the process was as expected for the consulting recruiting track. The case was technically more complicated than I expected, but they're likely looking for how a candidate responds more than they're looking for the right answer. The fit interview came first, and the second day was a back to back with another fit, and then the case interview which is done by a more senior manager.
The interviewing process lasted 3 rounds and were both remote and in-person. Spoke with 3 manager level employees. The questions were pretty standard and nothing out of the ordinary. The whole process took about a month or a little over a month.

1) Online test (numerical/reasoning) - 2 parts: each +/- 20min
2) Videoconference Interview with HR recruiter (simple questions about your experience, your studies, about accenture)
2) Business Case with Manager (starts with simple questions like previous step, but focus more on technical skills, related to the job and then continues with a case study - related to the job, about digitalization in my case)
