The interview process included a very large take-home design assignment requiring several hours of work, including branding, UI design, and a presentation. Less than 24 hours after presenting, I received a generic rejection email with no personalized feedback. I understand not every candidate can be selected, but asking for a substantial time investment without providing any meaningful feedback felt disappointing and disrespectful of the effort involved.
