Technical Interview for the Role Custome Software Engineering (+3 yr of Exp) The interview included a discussion of my project experience, followed by technical questions on Python, Django, FastAPI, Pandas, OOP, and API concepts. It also included multiple Python coding exercises to evaluate problem-solving skills.

I had a disappointing experience with the recruitment process at Accenture. I had originally applied for the Security Analyst role, but my profile was moved to a Custom Software Engineer role without clear communication. I completed the first interview round and was shortlisted for the second round. However, at the scheduled interview time, HR called and informed me that the interview would be rescheduled. After I selected a new slot, I received an email stating that they were no longer recruiting for the role, even though the same opening was still visible on LinkedIn. The overall process felt unorganized and lacked transparency.
