CV screening-Group Discussion-1st Interview-Final interview.
All of the processes were done in English. 1st round of interview consisted of case study on a scenario, followed by some questions about my resume and why I want to work in the company. The second round interview was weird, most questions were generic and similar to the ones they asked in the 1st round, didn't see the point and the interviewer didn't seem to have enough English fluency to carry on.

Why would you want to work in Accenture? Do you have any experience with coding? (I think they put some weight on this one)
The recruiter reached out to me to check if im interested to apply.
After initial contact it took a follow up to get a first round. I was immediately pushed to the next round which went ok in my opinion.
But after that its been more than a couple of weeks and I havent even heard back from them despite following up once.
This is a very poor interview process if the recruiter cant even send an automated rejection email.

I cried after my interview. The recruiter ended the interview with telling me that I did everything wrong, that I answered every question wrong, and that everything on my resume was useless. He had 0 words of kindness, and was not at all encouraging to me.

I did my application through the company website. after this, i had a meeting with HR. the second fase i did languages tests and after pass a interview with a TL.
