Very lengthy process with multiple calls with HR asking the same questions and a 4th round interview with HR where they did the STA (strategy technical assessment), still have not been contacted about a month after for the next round or any information regrading what is going on.

STA - I was given a sheet of paper with information about a specific topic and you are simply asked questions and you have to show that you can structure, understand and analyse quickly. Knowledge of current affairs is recommended to help along side the information given to you.

I did my application through the company website. after this, i had a meeting with HR. the second fase i did languages tests and after pass a interview with a TL.

4-5 rounds with different levels, overall smooth, timely communication and nothing unexpected, good to read up on role beforehand and have an idea about the company in general, be authentic, show your personality and your previous experiences
