Standard call with a recruiter. She was thorough but sounded a bit bored.
Next stage was a video call with the hiring manager - this was fine though she had some strange set questions that you will not have prepped for! Such as ‘ what are there negative traits your family and friends would say about you?’.
Culture is very important, particularly if you are going to people manage.

Hiring Manager - questions were more left field and personality led.
Some questions were about specific types of experience which I didn’t have and was clear from my CV or conversation with the recruiter.
