4) Complete presentation and present to large group of directors. Role play as though you are AP and the directors are the clients. A lot of tough questions are thrown at you to see how you handle yourself under pressure
5) meet in person with someone from HR or leadership team depending on your location

Pregunta 1
Give example of when a client wanted to do something strategically that you strongly disagreed with. How did you approach this? What types of recommendations did you make to steer them into a different direction? What was the outcome?
This was a fairly involved interview process. Started with a call with HR, then moved on to some take-home exercises, then another call with the prospective supervisor, then a presentation stage, and a final interview with the department head.

Entrevista
The interview process was great as I got to learn a bit more about the company in the initial phone interview. Then the video interview with an Account Manager allowed further insight into the role. Finally, the presentation round allowed me to ask pertinent questions from AP's point of view.

It was a multi-interview process that was conducted over Zoom. The interviewing period was just over a week in time. The final interview was a case study/role play presentation that was really interesting.
