After that call, I was tasked with a homework assignment. That was followed up with a mock client presentation with two Account Directors. Then I had a meet and greet with a team member and was offered the job the same day. Lengthy process but definitely worth it. It's obvious that they care about finding people that are going to be a fit with the company culture and vision.
