If you are contacted by a recruiter, you go through a brief phone screening with said recruiter. This took about 15-25 minutes. This consisted of seeing if what you are looking for (pay, benefits, etc.) align with what the company can provide. The second round is a video interview with the team lead for the position you are interested in. Here you get the opportunity to ask a little bit more about the position and clarify any confusion you have on benefits and/or responsibilities. The last and (usually) final round is an in-person interview that lasts about 4 hours. If you are out of state, they are accommodating and will video interview you. However, in my case, I was asked to come in person. You meet with a wide range of people, from the highest in charge of that department to potential team members. There are some reoccurring questions, but the goal of meeting with people from varying titles is to see if you are a good fit with your potential team and those from other teams that you will be working with. What you also come to find is that those in higher positions have worked at the company for years, which gives insight into growth at Accelerate.

Very quick and timely. Great information and unique working environment. Lots of people to talk with, and individuals very knowledgeable about subject matter. Environment is very unique and conducive to teamwork. Culture is a big part of the working environment. Very cool place!
