After an initial communication with the HR person I had to work in an exercise during a weekend. Wasn't very difficult, but I needed part of the weekend. After the exercise I had a second interview with a technical person, very good feedback. I was about to have a third interview, but the HR guy had to cancel it when I was ready for it. The HR person never got back to me and I had to question him on skype in order to tell me that I wasn't the correct person for the role
