The interview is fine. It was my first time but they are so nice and they will let you know immediately if you've been hired or not. They will tell you about their company or they will ask you about it.

What would you do if the student insist that he/she already knows the language?
The interviewer was very accommodating. She really guided me throughout the interview process. I was a newbie then, but I didn't feel very nervous at that time unlike the other interviews I had from other companies.
I applied for them, and after i filled out the form, i was immediately rejected and told to wait another 90 days before reapplying again, they have everything automated so this was the fastest rejection i've ever had, i didn't even get a chance for an interview, even though i have a tefl and a bachelor's degree, smh..

The interview was quick and I passed it. I was scheduled for a training, but they did not enter my supposed training session. It's over two weeks now but no update
