I applied on the website, got a skype message for my skype interview, passed the initial interview, had to attend a skype training and pass the initial demo test, Had to take TESOL training online and pass the test. You cannot start teaching unless you pass all the required demo test. Need to book skype training for EFK (English for Kids) and pass the demo test. There's plenty of free training which I think is very helpful especially for people who are just starting their careers in the ESL online teaching industry.

Entrevista
Short, brief, and to the point. Provided computer model name, internet speed test, internet service provider, and valid ID. Interview was conducted through chat. Was about to cancel originally, but found it hard to find anything with the website's layout.
The interview took place in zoom, with the scheduled time by the interviewer. The interviewer would first ask questions about you, and will proceed to test your english knowledge and skills. The interview usually takes about 15 minutes to 25 minutes.

Entrevista
The hiring process was very easy because I applied in jobstreet and after I submitted my application the day after, the acadsoc HR texted me for an interview thru skype, after 15 min. the interview ended and the HR told me that i passed :)
