I was called last 2016, it was the second week of August morning. First ever interview that I have on the phone because my interviewer says that should tell him about myself and he is recording it. He asks me about my internet that I am using, my job experience, my birthdate, and as well as my schedule for my initial interview via Skype. So I said that it will be Friday that week. On the day of my initial interview, I receive a message from my interviewer about five questions, It was a multiple choice about English Grammar. I was shocked by that. I did not prepare about that and did not think that it was included in my initial interview process. After that, he asks me questions like: Tell me about yourself, How would teach a child and get his/her attention, etc. I could not remember the other questions because it happens so fast. After 24 hours I received an E-mail from their company that I did not pass as of that moment and says that I could apply again 3 months after I failed my 1st interview and applying to that position as an ESL tutor.

The process are very toxic during the interview, the trainer demands lot of props which not related to other lessons that we will teach during the actual class. TM will not allow you to pick your own schedule, he will ask you what's your available time but in the end he will assign you in her own convenient time. I don't like the way they handle the time schedule during the class and teachers has no time to prepare for the lessons. I have to study my lesson during the class, very inconvenient and inconsiderate company.
