The process was purposeful, not rushed and always person-centered. The talent acquisition had been very skillful, sensitive and gave timely feedback/response. The culture of Acadia shone through the person I worked with and up until my first week, he made sure that I settled in okay.

Technical/knowledge based question, competency-based scenario type interview. In all my years of interviewing, HR asked me a very insightful question, 'What's one thing that is not in your resume, and that you can tell me about you as a person?'
The interview process was well organized, professional and timely. Due to the breadth of the role, multiple interviews were required and accomplished in an efficient manner. This was a very positive experience. Acadia's team was professional and communicated in a timely and transparent manner.
