I had two interviews within couple days. Both interviews were very pleasant. Department Managers I talked to were nice and I definitely felt no pressure. It was like a pleasant conversation.

Questions they asked were based mostly on assessment each candidate takes while applying for a portion within a store. First they asked me about my background, some questions about customer service and what my future plans are within the company.

Entrevista
The interview team was so nice and really attentive to who they hire as people first and foremost. Three rounds of interviews: one was a general screening, another was with the Sr Manager, and lastly a campus tour and in person meeting with 2 other company members. Whole process took about 2 months

Entrevista
Easy interview, first you have a video interview you have to do on your phone where you record yourself answering 5 questions then you do an in store interview if they move forward with you and in that they ask 2 or 3 questions then told you everything about the job and what you will be doing if you got hired then told you the break down of what you will get payed
