Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Acacia Network (Bronx, NY) en sep 2015
Entrevista
My interview process was different. I was called into the COO's office the day before Acacia took over my previous company. She asked me various questions about my current position and gave me options of what positions I could take at Acacia. She settled on a position she thought I would be good for and I refused telling her I needed an increase in pay (she mentioned earlier in the interview that she would keep me at my present salary). She asked me how much I required, I told her, and she added $10,000 to the total.

Entrevista
They listened to what I had to say and responded thoughtfully. They offered a challenging work environment with support and opportunities to help me develop into a great manager as well as a great clinician. I got the sense that they were committed to my career development, not just looking to have me meet their current need, and that they wanted me to see myself as a long-term employee making progress and learning new skills as I went along.
