The interview was professional and the Managing Director asked questions regarding previous employment. Many of the questions regard future prospects with the company such as customer service skills, IT skills, and ability to change and grow with the company.

Received a phone call from the HR Department scheduling an interview within the week. Met with management and discussed my resume. Received an additional phone call scheduling the commencement of training. Very quick, thorough and well communicated process.
