Easy process. The recruiter was very active and polite. It was a phone screen, interview with someone in the same position I was applying for, then finally an interview with the HM.

It was pretty easy and straight forward. I was asked about my experience on my resume. I surpassed each requirement they were looking for in a candidate. The interviewer/recruiter was very personable. I thought they were impressed with my experience and I felt the interview went well. I never got a call back nor a rejection letter and it's been a month already. As of today, the position is still open. I would consider taking it if I were offered it. I have always heard back from every job I've applied for whether good or bad news, so I'm really confused. I just think it's a bit unprofessional.
