1st round with recruiter,2nd round with a mid level manager, 3rd round on-site with regional director,4th round job shadow for 4 hours that i had to drive to a location 1 hour 20 minutes away. This was after they rescheduled the 4th interview while i was half ways there.The recruiter started talking start dates and thennnnn....received a thanks but no thanks email without any feedback. Then the role was reposted. It is my opinion they have a case of reverse racism.
