Firstly, they did a telephonic briefing where I was told about the shift pattern, my work, type of clients, then they called me for a face to face interview, asked about the common questions about care and why care?

The interview was quite easy, asked about why care? Any experiences in care personally or professionally? How do you know if the client is at risk? About whistleblowing, all the normal questions that they would ask.
