A couple days after applying for the position, I received an email from an HR representative offering a phone interview. This interview lasted about 30 minutes and consisted of various questions about my background and what I was looking for from the position and the company. A few days after this, I was asked via email to visit the facility for a 2-hour interview with leadership. The night before at about 10PM, I received an email cancelling the interview because the position had been filled.
