Thank you for for the feedback. We are always looking to improve our process to create a better candidate experience. While we would never extend a verbal offer to someone that we did not intend to hire, we can understand how conversations may have given the impression that we were leading up to an offer. We can see how when that offer did not actually come through that it would be disappointing. Unfortunately we often have multiple finalists who we are excited about and have to make difficult decisions.
