The recruiter talked continuously in a robotic voice reading from a prompt about the company and the role for a good 15 minutes without looking at the camera in a video call. It's usually a big red flag to me about the company culture. It left little time for the candidates to discuss themselves and their interests. Moreover, he hardly asked any questions as if it was premeditated not to select the candidate. The rejection simply said not a good fit which is absurd given their tech stack is all over the place, reminiscent of a startup company not following best practices.
