I was scheduled for an interview with two people and offered the job on the spot. The employees were all very nice and attentive, but overall the benefits and pay rate were not as expected. Since the company is open 24/7, as a new employee, you were left with either swing shift or graveyard shift.

Entrevista
they will schedule you an in person interview over the phone. Then they will interview on site. After the interview they will show you around the warehouse. Once the interview is done they will let you know how soon you can start. Then you will do a drug test

Entrevista
It's really simple and straightforward, the interview process is honestly just your average basic questions and they only really care about your drug test and availability. They also want to see if you can be pleasant in front of managment.
