Typical 2 stage interview process: First stage was a Teams call with Commercial Director Second stage was an in-personb presentation for the Head of Sales, a Product Manager and the Commercial Director After that you found out if you were successful or not. You were told you would know within a week. That turned into 4 before I pulled out. I felt I was not the first choice as every time i asked if there was an answer or any feedback, delay tactics were used- clearly they were waiting for another candidate to accept or reject, so i pulled out. In all honesty i wouldn't recommend, seems like a nice place, but management seemed very distant to employees upon further research.
