I applied through college, and got called back for two rounds of interviews. The first was a group interview, involving an observed group project and an IQ test. I had a positive experience with this round - very relaxed environment. The second round involved two 1:1 interviews. These were less conversational because they ask a lot of questions to gauge your knowledge of the company and if you're a good personality fit. Do your research beforehand to prep for these questions. Also, dress casual, but put-together. I would definitely recommend wearing A+F clothes if you have them. The process was tedious at times and you have to be ready for the quick turnaround between rounds. It's also important to be upbeat and personable. In the end, they're very picky with their offers and it's definitely not the right fit for everyone. Overall, pleasant experience.
