Had only one video interview with the Operations Manager and two Assistant Operation Managers. The Asst. Operation Managers mostly asked me about my research at my graduate school, then if I have heard about Abengoa. The Operations Manager asked me general questions as to how I would interact with my operators and what method would I use to train them.
