I was promoted from a lower position in the organisation, thus the interview was about the opportunity and complexity of my new role within the organisation. The process didn't took long because I was supposed to replace the exiting person in such position right away. Everything in abengoa becomes rushing and they don't pay attention to details or take good care of the proper formalities.
