I applied on line. My first interview was a phone interview with the HR department. Then I was scheduled an appointment in the office with the Branch Manager and HR. I was called in for a 3rd interview with the vice-president and for computer testing.

It was a very comfortable interview experience. I was coming from a very large Financial Institution and the interview atmosphere felt very warm and welcoming.
