Long process. Interview was much longer than other roles I have interviewed for. In total I interviewed with 4 different people before getting the position. Two interviews were done via zoom and two done in person

3 interviews each lasting about 30 minutes via zoom and then you come in and see how the workflow is. It’s a lot of work and you answer a lot of phone calls. The manager is amazing! The onboarding process is extensive! Feels like you’re going to work for the FBI. Finding parking can be a challenge.

How do you handle difficult customers? What do you do to de-stress?

Pretty bad. I met with one of the C-level execs after having to wait for him for thirty minutes, and he was SO rude. This is mentioned in other reviews, specifically another Account Manager interview review where the reviewer mentions the same interviewer being generally rude, not making eye contact, and being totally unprepared. He limply shook my hand and asked me frankly dumb questions like if I still live in the city that one of my jobs from three years ago was, even though I listed out the location of my current role and the top of my resume says I live in Los Angeles. I expressed to him my strong interest in and passion for interior design and responded with "Yeah you like it, but what do you really know?" What do you even accomplish with asking this question in an interview? He also asked me if I was nervous. I guess to imply how special he is. Like no? He thinks he's special because his dad passed a company down to him and his brothers. I work with senior management and owners on a daily basis at my current job and they treat me with decency and respect like a normal human being. HR was also so eager to have me start as soon as possible, so much so that they wanted me to forego giving my current employer two weeks notice. Which I'm sure they would have wanted if it were the other way around. Red flags all over. Glad I turned this one down!
