Entrevista
I met with recruiters at an on-campus career fair. They do a mini-interview on the spot, asking why you're interested in Abbott and what experiences you've had in engineering. I got a phone call that night, and then my interview was the week after. The actual interview was pretty standard -- "Tell me a little about yourself," "Tell me about a time when you worked on a group project," "What experience do you have working with medical devices," etc. If you get the position, you get a phone call a few days after; if not, you'll get a phone call a week or two later.

First general question about applicant and role. Gave me 2 hours to solve a pricing case, and then show it to managers. English is a must. Excel data analysis was required.

I got an interview from a warm intro, which led to 5 interviews in total: my connection, the R&T team, a CFD expert, current Co-Ops, another interview with R&D team, and a CAD engineer.

Straightforward process, applied via school portal. Asked about resume points and standard behavioural questions. Gave an overview of the work and expected role. Hiring manager decided to offer on the spot.
