The interview process was really simple. They asked situational questions, why Abbott and why the role. Definitely practice your STAR answers. Abbott’s recruiters were the best at being transparent in their interview processes and made you feel wanted, not just another intern.

After the OA it was one video interview asking basic behavioral questions. Pretty easy no technical portion then if they liked your video interview a recruiter should reach out in a week.

There was one video Interview with 11 behavioral questions. Maybe one or two of them were about your project or technical based experience and rest were situational related questions. It took about a 2 weeks for the interviewer to respond back.
