Was reached out via LinkedIn by a recruiter. Process was pretty smooth in regards to behavioral questions. Overall process took about 3 months, but I was working full time and the company itself is huge. Drug test after offer was emailed. Negotiated WFH & signing bonus. Recruiter was super helpful and understanding that I was working full time throughout this process. So usually there is a back to back panel, but I had to spread out calls due work conflicts.

- I personally didn't know anything about medical devices, and don't come from a background in it. I was hired for my technical background based on what they were looking for.
I interviewed 5 people over a 3 month period of time. There were several cancellations and changes to the interview schedule. Overall the people were nice and asked good questions.
