Behavioral questions and an essay required. A successful internship as well. Your background and GPA will be checked. Your GPA should be higher than 3.20/4.00. There will be a phone or physical interview. One will be with HR and the second one will be with a person in your field. After the process you should know in about a month or so you are selected and the contract will be drafted within weeks.
