Entrevista
I had an HR phone screen. I was told I would find out about next steps within two days after the first interview. Was contacted over a week later. Had another phone interview with a manager which went well. I received a call the next week from another recruiter to come in for an in person interview that day. I came in a few hours later and some people on the interview schedule did not show up, some people were 20 minutes late so I got to hang out in an empty room by my self. Had another phone interview the next day with the person who didn't show up for the interview the previous day. He called after the time I said I was available. No contact from Abbott after all of those interviews. Strangest interview sequence I have taken part of. The weirdest question was from one of the engineers who asked me what I thought of one of the interviewers that had already interviewed me.
Good variety of functions interviewed me, it was a conversion from contracting to full time in a different and some of the details for the transition weren’t clear to me, so the transitioned ended up a little rocky

When was a time you disagreed with someone and how was it handled?
Interview process was pretty easy. If you live in the area, have transportation have required experience. You will be definitely hired. These are the only questions I was asked so I would say it was not even an interview. More like an Enquiry
The interviewer called me 17 minutes late after the time we agreed upon and only gave me a 5 minute interview. Was then ghosted for three months after the call.
