Sehr freundliches Telefoninterview, gefolgt von Assessment Center.
Letzteres war nicht ganz so professionell und transparent organisiert wie von vergleichbaren Firmen, aber fand in sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre statt.
Aufgaben waren Entwicklung eines Geschäftsmodells mit Vortrag, wobei die Vorbereitung auch mit beobachtet wurde, sowie Einzelinterviews am Nachmittag.
Ich habe am Ende nach einer weiteren Einladung zu Gesprächen ein Angebot für eine andere Stelle erhalten und angenommen.

Entrevista
After the online application, it took about over a month before i was invited to do the video interview. Video interview was followed by a face to face interview with the hiring manager.

Pregunta 1
Behavioural questions asked for the video interview. Questions about the experiences listed in the resume were asked for the face to face interview.
Hiring: Submitted resume, cover letter online. Waited for a few weeks before I was contacted for an interview.
Interview: Supposed to have 4 interviews. The first one I went for was with the hiring manager. Did not manage to get contacted for the 2nd one onwards. Questions were very predictable.
