The interview began with a brief description of the position with three of the scientists from the site/group I was interviewing with. The plan was to go through and ask questions about my research summary that I had given to them. I prepared slides to give a deeper insight into the work I've done while in graduate school. I asked a few questions about the group/site/company and the meeting ended. They told me that I would be updated within the next week whether I would move on to the next step in the hiring process. Everyone was very encouraging and asked questions about both my science and soft skills.
