I met CEO first and he explained how better the company is than other agencies and KPIs and what recruitment is. He introduced me some senior consultants.
Basically he welcomes people who are interested in the company, but it’s for their database.
The company looks very good during the interviews.

Very simple 1-2 interviews....Simple questions. Boss just wants you to join his company. In the first month is fine, after that hell starts. You will be humiliated as never before. He will shorten your life by 10 years. During interview he will be very charming, but do not be fooled. Some senior consultant might be nice, but not all.
