I applied to this job and received an e-mail from their global company, Capita. After trying to get in touch to the officer for a follow-up, I found out I had been selected for a face-to-face interview. The interview itself was alright; some difficult questions regarding their products and what they do, but mostly the person interviewing me spoke a lot. After the interview, I was told that I would find out about the results in 48 hours. Needless to say, I have not found out to this day. I have tried e-mailing them and calling them, but I have been largely ignored. Is this how the hiring process is managed?
