Very disorganized. The interview location was changed 2 hours before the interview. I had to wait 20 minutes after the scheduled interview time. The interviewer was poorly prepared and had not read my CV. They were more interested in telling me what a great job they were doing by retiring 40 different systems in the short time they had worked there. I guess they were too busy fire fighting to meet with me at the scheduled time.
