The company contacted me and asked me to book in with a slot. I was told it would be competency based and would be sent a technical question several days before to prepare for and then present. The interview started with talking through my CV. There were then competency based questions and then followed with the presentation on the data they had sent me. After a few more questions were asked to see if met the companies values. I was then called back for a second interview with the head of department which was based on my CV and the role itself.

It was an intern interview because i already worked there. The questions were particular about property insurance and bank insurance benefits—interview with HR and then with the manager it was easy and later was able to interview again for coordinator of the team
