Long process, takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete. Two with recruiter, then probationary period when you first start. If already licensed, then you should have no problem getting hired to this company or position.

Since I was promoted from CCA to ISA, they simply sent me an online interview to do from home. It was fairly simple. I just answered and recorded each answer on video to the questions provided.

Entrevista
Interview was fairly simple. Asked about background information in insurance, if you had reliable internet, and then did some role playing. I think it was fairly simple for me because it’s very similar to an agency I worked for before, so I was used to selling over the phone and that was something they were looking for.
