The interview is on-site in Austin, TX. The trip was paid out-of-pocket with later reimbursement. The interview lasted about 6 hours, and consisted primarily of programming and database skills tests. The skills tests required programming the solutions to various C#/.Net and SQL problems on a whiteboard. I was taken to lunch by one of the managers and had a 30 minute 1-on-1 interview the CEO.
