First I have talked to HR person who was very nice and just wanted to see what I was looking for and my background. Then I talked to hiring manager, who was also nice and asked more role specific questions. The disappointing part was they they did not have decency to answer me that I was not selected even though I have sent follow up e-mails and asked to just let me know their decision in a professional manner.
