Online general mechanical engineering test quiz before interview, you have to pass in order to get the personal interview. Then standard personal interview with additional questions about manufacturing technologies, ICE parts, drawing principles. 3D modelling excerise. All gets evaulated together.

What mistakes can you recognize on this drawing? What is the function of this part in an ICE? How was this part manufactured?
After the initial phone call, you have to take a test online which consists of a lot of questions about ICE and engineering in a short amount of time.
If you get selected, after the usual questions you have to identify some parts of ICE, their role and the manufacturing process. After you have to spot some mistakes on a drawing and take a 3D modelling test in of the common softwares.

Can you tell me what role does this part play in an ICE?
One online test, one personal interview with an experienced engineer, manager and hr colleague. The interview was not easy at all, many engineering questions were asked about wider range of topics.
