Applied in October 2024, none of my follow up emails were answered so I automatically assumed that I didn't get the position. Forward to January, I get an email inviting me to an online assessment. Upon completion, I got a feedback report which highly rated my skills. A month goes past and I don't hear anything. Two follow-up emails sent and still no response despite getting notified that my tracked emails have been opened. Despite the high interest and high compatibility with the position, their communication and awful process put me down.
