Overall, I found the recruitment process for the graduate scheme disappointing due to the lack of transparency and communication. Assessment Day candidates were told we would hear back within a week, but it ultimately took over a month to receive an outcome, with little to no updates provided during that time despite follow-up messages.

Had an initial screening interview, they said they will let me know if I progress further in a week, however, I never received an update on my application. I sent a follow up email to the interviewer, she never responded. Extremely unprofessional.
