Entrevista
It began with an HR interview in which both parties introduced themselves. After that interview I had a technical interview in which we discussed what I studied, my previous experience as well as my technical ability and knowledge about the position I was being interviewed. As the last step I received two tests, one logical and one for a personality assesment.

I interviewed for a Junior Software Developer position and had about an hour-long theoretical technical interview about OOP, Design Patterns, OOP principles, what I did in the company I was previously working, how would I solve certain problems etc.

Very easy nothing out of the ordinary. It's all about being liked by the manager. There's no HR and no real internal processes. And nothing in the lines of a technical test or anything like that.
