Entrevista
Initially, they wanted me to come down the same day as my application 3hrs later. When I told them I couldn't make it they asked me to come down at 9am the next week. On the day of the interview at 8am, they asked to reschedule to 10.30 or 11.30am then when I said I couldn't they suddenly said I could come at the original time at 9am. I ended up waiting till 9.30am anyways. The person who started the interview did not introduce herself, when I asked her questions on her position there I found out that she was a university student and did not pass her papers yet. The interviewer then came in at nearly 10am. The student was obviously there to buy time for her. HR role was a scam. They still want you to do insurance and angle it as you can earn side income. When asked about the details of mentorship and the job description they couldn't answer directly other than "Oh we have a lot of people here who make a lot of money. We definitely have a mentorship plan. See that's why they can do so well." Tried to impress with: - Her cheque of how much she made - Testimonial from her clients which I don't think was relevant to the job. - That her clients can get hospital beds immediately - Focused on trying to impress me with how much the individuals are making there - Did not listen to any of my questions and just kept talking - Tried to guilt trip and be passive aggressive to me by saying that me not wanted to be a Financial Advisor was "Closed minded" and that it's fine that I didn't care about my financial future.

SO RIDICULOUS. JOB SCAM.
1. Interviewer 1 came in and asked me to describe myself. While I was talking, she was texting! Then she said her manager will be joining us cause she says I am a happy person. (I could already sense the interview going south with that very sentence lol)
2. Then her manager kept on rambling about the types of insurance ATO offers. I said that I have existing insurance plans with AIA, but she still aggressively SELLS me insurance from ATO. She wanted me to take out my phone to scan my Singpass (which I assume was to look at my coverage). I just said that my phone is hard to find since I am carrying a tote bag.
3. She tried to belittle my existing insurance plan and agent...? Saying why I didn't buy a specific rider and why am I giving my agent commission when I can buy insurance from ATO and earn my own commission. Firstly, I don't care about earning commission. My agent has earned them when she carefully shared with me about the insurance policies. Secondly, I AM NOT HERE TO HEAR YOU SELL/BUY INSURANCE !!!!
4. She asked me to attend 3 financial courses ($108/course) of which they will provide a cheat sheet. Not only is that morally wrong... also, why would I need to sit for the financial exams to be a HR Assistant......
5. On the way out, the manager just said "this is your desk. you come at 9am on monday morning and sit here" (today is a friday). When did I agree to work for you...??
